A: Because you only want to drain it if you have to. The Hydrostatic Pressure of the water is what keeps your pool sound. The plaster needs to be kept wet to keep it from forming hairline cracks. And of course the risk of someone falling into to the empty pool should be avoided.
A: If you don't drain it you save the cost of refilling it and restarting your chemicals. Most repairs can be done within 4 hours allowing you to swim within 24 hours.
A: You can have ugly rust spots, stains, rough areas, cracks and drain covers repaired without draining the pool.
A: Outside conditions, including wind and temperature, effect normal evaporation. Normal evaporation in 24 hours is generally between 1/8"-1/2" per day. Any more than that is suspect for leaks. Covered pools: normal loss is 1/16" per day

A: In short.............Yes. We offer a 1 year full "bumper to bumper" warranty. There is some "Fine Print" (i.e. if we locate and repair a leak in a plumbing line and there is another leak elsewhere, the second leak will incur an additional charge.) Some products and services carry a longer warranty.
